Twitter Responds To Steph Curry Rejecting Trumps White House Invite

Two-Time World Champion Steph Curry

Normally, being invited to the White House is a great honor according to Donald Trump, but NBA player Steph Curry isn’t interested this time around. Steph Curry was reportedly invited to the White House by Donald Trump after winning the NBA Championship but is “hesitating.” Of course Donnie doesn’t like that, so here’s what he had to say (or rather tweet) about it.

“Going to the White House is considered a great honor for a championship team. Stephen Curry is hesitating, therefore invitation is withdrawn!”

According to Lebron James however, Steph Curry isn’t hesitating at all, he just said no. Lebron fired up Twitter with this viral message and brought Steph Curry right in the line of fire with him:

“U bum @StephenCurry30 already said he ain’t going! So therefore ain’t no invite. Going to the White House was a great honor until you showed up!”

Yikes. As you can imagine this reply put Twitter into a frenzy, especially since Curry DID visit the White House several times when Obama was in office. This user @MetaQuest thought it would be fitting to remind Trump of this:

Donald Trump has yet to respond to Lebron James, we hope he’s busy doing more important things.
